Founded in October 2019, the IChoose Life Foundation emerged with a bold vision: to become a voice of hope and transformation for young Nigerians grappling with the challenges of mental health, emotional instability, and the harsh reality of drug misuse and abuse. With our mission deeply rooted in advocacy, awareness, and education, the organization set out to create innovative programs that not only inform but engage, monitor & evaluate, especially through the vibrant lens of youthful culture. Our message? Clear and friendly: prevention is powerful. Mental, physical, and emotional wellness is within reach. At I Choose Life Foundation we continue to chart the course of informing, educating, and influenceing young Nigerians, steering them away from drug and substance abuse, and guiding them toward a future defined by health, resilience, and purpose.
