About WIN in the USA Internship Programs

WIN in the USA offers professional development opportunities to international students, recent graduates and young professionals. WIN features programs such as business English classes, virtual internships, and hybrid programs, in addition to the J-1 Intern and Trainee Exchange-Visitor program. Trainees will improve their business English communication skills, knowledge of the industry, and networking through exposure to American business culture and practices at U.S. organizations. WIN in the USA also works with U.S. host organizations, assists in creating proper training and internship placement plans, and provides full support in hosting and mentoring international participants throughout their programs. As a designated sponsor, ICLS ensures that interns and trainees are appropriately selected, placed, oriented, supervised, and evaluated during programs. Lastly, WIN also partners with international organizations that share common passion and support of international education and exchange visitor programs. Global partnerships bring different perspectives, expertise, and insights, adding value to our special programs. Our partnership programs are created based on a common interest – supporting international and career training exchanges through sponsoring bright and talented students, graduates, and young professionals. We are interested in providing customized training programs that foster professional development, business cooperation, cross-cultural exchanges, and development of the global workforce. Accredited by the Commission on English Language Accreditation (CEA), ICLS is authorized under Federal Law to enroll non-immigrant alien students since 1966 and is designated by the U.S. Department of State as a sponsor of the Intern and Trainee Exchange Visitor Program since 2003.
