IITians Connect Mentorship Program was established with the aim of providing guidance and mentorship to JEE Aspirants. Many students work hard to crack the JEE exam but still fail to secure a place in IITs, NITs, IIITs or best colleges. Where was the problem? The main reason behind this is the lack of proper direction in their studies. The right direction includes knowing what to study, when to study, and how to study effectively. Unfortunately, many students are unaware of the techniques and strategies required for effective studying. Students who have parents or elder siblings from IITs are fortunate enough to receive guidance from them. Similarly, the top performers in coaching classes receive personal attention from faculties, which helps them in their preparation. So others are left to struggle on their own, without proper mentorship. Our Mission & Vision:- Our mission is to bridge the gap between JEE aspirants and the knowledge and guidance required to succeed in the exam. We strive to provide comprehensive mentorship and support to students who lack access to personal guidance and resources. Our vision is to empower every JEE aspirant with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in the exam. We aim to create a level playing field where students from all backgrounds have an equal opportunity to secure admission to the esteemed IITs. Our team comprises dedicated IITians who have successfully cracked the JEE exam and are passionate about helping others achieve the same. Each member of our team brings their unique expertise, experience, and insights to provide comprehensive mentorship to our students. Our team members undergo regular training and professional development to stay updated with the evolving JEE exam pattern and syllabus. We are committed to building a strong and supportive community of mentors and mentees, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
