Société ICOMECA, un bureau d’étude spécialisé en Impression 3D. Mon cœur de métier est de proposer un service allant de la conception à la production sur-mesure. Notre accompagnement s’étend au prototypage avec une spécialisation sur l'impression 3D.
La société s'articule autour de 3 axes :
• La modélisation 3D : l’étude de vos projets en conception CAO de façon Agile, l'Optimisation de design et la mise en plan en vue d’une production collaborative.
• Le prototypage : réalisation de prototypes de vos produits afin de valider le design, le concept ou le montage. Service de gestion, suivi et qualification des fournisseurs en vue d'une futur industrialisation.
• Gestion de production : Réalisation de séries de pièces en fabrication additive et/ou suivi des fournisseurs (tôlerie, usinage, fabrication additive, plasturgie, …) jusqu’à la fabrication série.
La société possède son parc d’imprimantes 3D de grade industriel incluant un panel de technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS). Avec une gamme de matériaux extrêmement large, nous pouvons répondre à la grande majorité des cas d’usages. De plus, nous sommes équipés d'un scanner 3D permettant la modélisation de vos pièces en CAO.
