Designed to help professionals deliver guided learning to young people, iCompassUK is a powerful addition to the toolkit for employers, youth workers, sessional workers, intervention workers, ISS workers, engagement officers, case managers, support workers, mentors, key workers, sexual health workers, NEET workers. Given the impact of Covid 19 on youth employment, iCompassUK has developed a free employability course and assessment that can be completed independently, upskilling those seeking or new to employment, with a good understanding of the behaviours expected in the workplace. Ideal for 16 to 24-year-olds unable to access guided learning from their School, Charity, Employer or Local Authority. Employers can ensure apprentices, interns and new employees fully understand the basic expectations of the workplace and incorporate the course into community outreach training programmes e.g. movement to work, work placements, traineeships and general employability skills sessions.
