ICON Meals was born out of a growing frustration of not being able to find fresh, healthy prepared meals exactly the way I wanted them. Sure there are many fit/healthy meal companies but none that catered to an individuals meal prep requirements and while a few offer options that come close many are over loaded with sodium, sugars and other ingredients that my body is quite sensitive to.
ICON Meals mission to provide everyone with great tasting, fresh, healthy meals at an affordable price. All of our meals are created and prepared by professional culinary chefs with many years of culinary training and experience. We strive to create high protein meals that are low in carbohydrates, unhealthy fats, sugars and sodium.
