Our model will rely heavily on branding which will create a very prominent stance in the market. Several types of products will be developed and used to help integrate our unique solutions into very effective tools which can be operated on a subscription model along with the project-based consulting contracts. These products include • Custom dashboards for clients to interact with their own processes and data • Interactive chat bots which can operate as a no-code/low-code interactive solution and can direct them to their own data visualizations and results without complicated queries, as well as guiding them toward data literacy progress. • Data solutions built on open source which can be deployable on the client’s cloud and operate as the centerpiece of their migration to a Data Centric existence. • Other adapters and tools which help their transition to becoming a data centric entity and can be used as part of their business intelligence and decision-making suite. As things progress, we will continue to specialize in the field of efficiency through data and specialize in Edge Systems eventually implementing hardware solutions along with our consulting and platform suite. The model for being able to quickly and efficiently transform companies into data centric efficient entities will open the door for many new opportunities to leverage this skill in various forms including partnership and acquisition models which invoke even bigger opportunities.
