Iconiclean delivers a higher level of service and performance than other commercial cleaning companies. We take a long-term view on our customer relationships, always trying to do what is right. We do not strive to be the biggest or the cheapest, rather the best. We do this in 3 distinct ways. The first is by understanding and utilizing technology, tools, and processes to increase our effectiveness. The second is by focusing on our employees. These people are not just random individuals brought in to complete a cleaning job, rather we want their lives to be better by working with us. By hiring the right employees, paying them well, treating them with respect and managing them well, we know that they will in turn put the needs of our customers first. This provides a win for our employees, our customers and ultimately Iconiclean. Lastly, we pride ourselves on our communication and responsiveness with our customers. We will proactively, over-communicate to ensure we are aligned with our customers expectations at every step of the way.
