ICPA is committed towards development and promotion of innovative and sustainable materials solutions as an alternative to non-biodegradable polymers. Certified Compostable Biopolymers not only have a short End-of-Life Cycle but the Byproducts of its Organic Recycling are harmless to the soil as it disintegrates into harmless organic residue which is Compost thereon acts as value added soil conditioner, which can then be used for soil enhancement in Agriculture, Urban Landscaping, Horticulture, etc. Certified Compostable Materials are compliant as per International Standards such as EN13432, ASTM D6400 and Indian Standard IS17088.
