We've come a long way since opening in 1999 as a physiotherapy clinic. As well as physio, our wide range of services now includes podiatry, Pilates, specialised pelvic health services, a minor surgery clincic, massage therapy, dietetics, exercise and mindfulness classes.
The name may have changed but our 20-strong team remains as dedicated as ever to providing expert, evidence-based care in person and online - from top to toe, from initial enquiry to aftercare.
