Het fonds werd in 2012 opgericht door Passwerk cvba met sociaal oogmerk in de schoot van de Koning Boudewijnstichting, het heeft geen rechtspersoonlijkheid en wordt beheerd door de Stichting.
Het fonds heeft als heeft als doel de leef-, woon- en werkomstandigheden van mensen met een autismespectrumprofiel te verbeteren en de destigmatisering rond autisme te bevorderen.
Le Fonds a été constitué en 2012 par Passwerk SCRL à finalité sociale au sein de la Fondation Roi Baudouin. Le Fonds est géré par la Fondation et ne dispose d’aucune personnalité juridique.
Le Fonds a pour objectif d'améliorer les conditions de vie, de logement et de travail des personnes présentant un profil du spectre de l'autisme et de favoriser la déstigmatisation liée à l'autisme.
