Créée en 2010 par Stéphane Duperret, la société iCTD est un bureau d’études en électronique et informatique industrielle installée dans la zone industrielle de Chaneins, dans l’Ain (près de Lyon). iCTD débute ses activités en tant que prestataire technique.
À partir de 2014, iCTD a pu intégrer son premier salarié, un développeur confirmé pour faire face à l’accroissement d’activité. Suite à cela, son dirigeant a souhaité inculquer un nouveau virage dans la stratégie d’entreprise en favorisant le développement de produit innovant plutôt que de conserver la seule activité de prestation. Pour y parvenir, ICTD intègre en mars 2015 un ingénieur supplémentaire afin d’étayer l’équipe de développement et, un an plus tard, un poste de tertiaire dédiè à la stratégie d'innovation.
Depuis 2016, ICTD propose à ses clients une solution de mesure d’énergie et de simulation de pile pour le développement des objets connectés.
