Empowering neurodiverse adults to thrive-- Founded in 2017, ICU2 provides human-centered services for neurodiverse adults and their families, consulting for organizations and companies employing the neurodiverse and training for those who provide services to the Neurodiverse Adult population.
We offer workshops, facilitator training and 1 on 1 coaching for neurodiverse adults helping them to see their own extraordinary, significantly improving their capacity to succeed in meaningful, long-term employment, and empowering them to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Meaningful, long-term employment has a significantly positive influence on our perceptions of self-worth, motivation, and overall well-being. For neurodiverse adults, A well-aligned job opportunity can be the key to their ability to flourish as they transition away from the support structures available to them throughout childhood.

We understand that job placement is simply not enough.
Even with valuable vocational support resources, neurodiverse workers are frequently either drastically underutilized, or placed in an environment where they lack the support structures they need to succeed.
It can be difficult for neurodiverse workers and their employers to effectively leverage their value as unique creative minds because their value can be difficult to see.
