With a humble beginning providing compliance services to small lenders in Texas when the Texas Legislation passed the Texas Cash-out laws in 1998 we were better known as The Performance Group. When The Performance Group evolved in to ICWS Inc. our services and territory increased coast to coast. Our early specialty as compliance specialists quickly grew to offer processing, full service front line underwriting, wholesale underwriting and correspondent underwriting and that is just the origination side of what we offer. Our secondary services offers due diligence underwriting review for both sellers and investors or analysis in between. We have nothing but top talent on our due diligence teams and they will travel Nationwide. We also have experienced auditors of many types and can audit your underwriting quality pre-closing, post closing or they can perform a pre-purchase audit for correspondent lenders just to name a couple task’s. On the banking side of ICWS Inc. we have Certified AML Auditors (Anti-Money Laundering ACAMS) & The International Association of Counterterrorism and Security Professionals IACASP) specialist’s available to perform an independent examination on site reviews and compliance testing at any (POS) Point of Sale location.
