Where It All Started
ICW was founded in 1992 by Jim and Delphine Hunter and another family, in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. In 1994, the company began casting the Universal Arm in Eugene, Oregon, and in May 1998, ICWUSA.com, Inc. established a small manufacturing facility in Central Point, Oregon. Because of rapid growth, in 2002 ICW expanded into its current facilities in Medford, Oregon. ICW International, Inc. is a majority women-owned company.
