ID3 Partners, LLC is a limited liability company was established to by Stephen Sanders to continue highly successful real estate investment activities in industrial real estate. The Venture is looking to invest in transactions that deliver superior risk adjusted returns to its investors. The Principals looks to capitalize on the team’s success of acquiring, opportunistically developing, repositioning and selling industrial properties throughout North America. The Venture is led by a highly experienced team of professionals with an average of over 27 years in the real estate industry. ID3 has the infrastructure and capabilities to identify and capitalize on a myriad of different investment opportunities utilizing expertise in (a) development and redevelopment, (b) design and construction, (c) environmental regulation and remediation, (d) wetland’s mitigation (e) debt financing, (f) market research and (g) hands-on operations. ID3's Principals will utilize these capabilities in implementing their investment strategy.
