Idalia Capital is a leading private-equity firm investing in the energy transition founded by senior executives with a deep expertise in the energy industry. Our mission is to help grow companies with an entrepreneurial spirit promoting the green energy transition through innovative technologies across Europe with a special focus on Spain. Through our investments, we aim to create a net zero economy while achieving external energy independence for Europe and contributing to a richer society, building value for our investors along the process. For that, we have launched one of the first private equity funds under Article 9 of the European Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, Idalia Capital I, with a target size of EUR 750 million and a cap of EUR 900 million, reflecting our objective to make sustainable investments. Always keeping this objective in mind, the Fund will generate differential value in its portfolio companies through a growth strategy, hands-on approach and a structured value generation framework focused on the exit strategy, transforming high-potential companies into leaders of the European energy transition.
