Johanna Adriaens officially founded her brand in 2019. Her Inspiration is mostly driven by her background in art sciences & travel inspirations. Her research into fashion sustainability led her to create a wardrobe of purposeful natural luxuries, with the highest regard for natural, short chain materials and without oil based additions. The items are made with high interior infinishings, to last their natural cycle in the hopes of being passed on. All Ida&Volta pieces are handcrafted by Johanna, local freelancers and a social workplace in Belgium.
