Why is the idea everything? An idea is the link between your ambition and how you express yourself to the world. The best brands are both emotionally resonant and strategically relevant. This dialogue between the expressive and the analytical is what inspires us. We started IE to bring down the barriers between creatives and strategists. Based in London, we are made up of people from around the world. What links us together is our passion for building brands that work hard. Founders, Bill and Lily formed their business on the premise of being open, generous and having an obsession for clear thinking. With over 20 years experience, Bill has lead projects including C&A, Electrolux and Arup. Before founding IE, Bill headed up Saffron's creative offer, working closely with Chairman Wally Olins. Prior to that, Bill worked at Wolff Olins and Ogilvy. Lily became interested in brand at a young age through her best friend's grandfather, Walter Landor. Lily has over 10 years experience starting at Wolff Olins New York and London. Her experience includes PepsioCo, Target, American Express and Lloyds Bank.
