The company was started in the year 1986 at Nangloi, Delhi under the name of M/s Ideal Engg. It started its business with manufacturing of Sheet Metal Components for M/s Maruti Udyog Limited. Over the years, the supplies were also started to other prestigious Customers like M/s Hero Motors, M/s Honda Power Equipment, M/s Lumax Industries, M/s Ucal Fuel Systems & other joint ventures industries of M/s Maruti Udyog.
In the year 2006, the unit was shifted to the current setup at IMT, Manesar. Company was audited by MSIL for MACE quality management system in year 2017; and qualified in green zone. Company is ISO 9001: 2015 certified. Over the period of time company has evolved as a system driven company, focused on efficient utilization of resources, committed for Customer satisfaction and continual improvements. We have again passed the re-sustenance audit of MSIL in May 2023, maintaining our status in the green zone. The company is IATF and ISO certified.
