Ideal Systems, Inc. was founded in 1994. Prior to its sale in 2006 to Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX, llc) (http://www.ghx.com), the company provided expert business and technical consulting to Life Sciences companies, including the top 10 Life Sciences Manufacturers based on world wide revenue. Ideal also created several Enterprise Software packages which were sold and installed at 8 of the top 10 Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. These systems included: IdealECP, IdealCMS, IdealEDI, and IdealMP. For its entire life, the firm enjoyed positive growth year over year in EBITDA as well as Net Revenue. Then, in 2008, GHX sold the Ideal software to iMany, Inc. (which is now known as Revitas, Inc. - http://www.revitasinc.com). Revitas now supports and enhances the software and these systems continue to run at the various customers today and have collectively improved their bottom line by more than $800 million since first being installed.
