IDEAL MACARONI & SPAGHETTI FACTORY, INC. dominates the pasta industry with its world-class range of pasta and other food products, that have become household names. Ideal Macaroni & Spaghetti Factory Inc. was established in the mid-1940s, starting its operations as a small family enterprise. The company was then engaged in coffee roasting, chocolate production, and spices trading and was also producing pasta under the Victory brand. After acquiring the manufacturing facilities from an outgoing Spanish immigrant, the company adopted the brand name “IDEAL”. The pasta was then packed in big Kraft paper wraps and sold only in the traditional market. It took more than 24 hours to produce a finished product. Pasta can now be produced and packaged within 4 hours—thanks to continuing upgrades of our production facilities and manufacturing technology, and the relentless devotion to pasta-making excellence.
