In our country; Institutions such as TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB and Development Agencies provide non-refundable support to R & D companies. Although there are many companies that want to increase their competitiveness in Turkey and abroad and that need financial support, there are not any personnel to undertake the task of writing the project; they cannot apply or are rejected due to these shortcomings. The Idea Project serves as an interface at this point and enables companies to reach financial resources. For this purpose, projects are evaluated in terms of R & D and weak and strong points are determined. After defining the R & D elements, the deficiencies of the project are strengthened by observing the current situation of the firms in person and by doing research. According to project content and firm scale, the most suitable support is determined and applications are made.
