IDEAS Research and Development Center is a non-profit organization dealing with policy development. Our mission is to offer innovative solutions to the challenges society facing, with a special focus on the problems of minority and marginalized groups. Our work is dedicated to four program areas: SOCIAL SECURITY AND INCLUSION ASYLUM AND MIGRATION HUMAN RIGHTS SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IDEAS is bringing together more than 60 professionals and experts from various fields dedicated to creating innovative solutions to social problems. We have been actively working for 8 years to improve the legislative and strategic framework in the field of social protection, employment and human rights WE PROMOTE GOOD AND SYSTEMIC COOPERATION Our partners are: UNICEF, UNHCR, The British Embassy in Serbia, Embassy of the Netherlands in Serbia and in Montenegro, The Heinrich Böll Foundation, Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Political Science, Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, State Department for Social Development, Chamber of Social Protection… IDEAS IN NUMBERS We have responded to the needs of more than 3000 users, IDEAS has held more than 100 trainings and consultations with representatives of institutions and CSOs, through more than 25 projects we have involved 20 companies and with experts and institutions conducted over 10 surveys and organized as many national and international conferences.
