Identifax got its start in 1979 in Boston, Massachusetts and became incorporated in Florida in 1981. Our growth and success have been a result of our experience and management team. For example, we pioneered the use of color videotape surveillance while others used 16 mm. super 8 movie film. We were also first to include photo quality “video stills” in our investigative reports. We offered the submission of an assignment over the internet long before others and clients can now review surveillance film almost immediately on our video streaming website. We even developed our own proprietary case management software, enabling us to review any of the 100,000+ cases we have handled instantly.
