Identify Validate Grow

IVG (Identify, Validate, Grow) is a transformative program born from a journey in Ghana, Africa, designed to inspire a changemaker mindset among youth through entrepreneurship workshops. We empower students with the LEAN methodology through a series of workshops merging social change with startup development. Our mission is to ignite a sense of agency in students, fostering a belief in their capacity to effect change across any domain. With a vision of a world where every individual is empowered to drive positive change, IVG bridges gaps by cultivating future leaders equipped to tackle community challenges head-on. All of the workshops are held virtually and the pitch competition is in person at NYU's Washington Square Park Campus.
