IDES Engineering is a green building "boutique" engineering firm, dedicated to energy-efficient and sustainable real estate projects since 2008. We span the full range of consulting engineering services, from specific strategic advices for decision-makers to complete technical project follow-up. Our services cover the following fields : - Strategic advices and feasibility studies, relating to sustainable real estate projects. - Sustainable technical design, covering passive and zero-energy buildings, green buildings concepts, envelope and HVAC studies, renewable energy systems, ... - Project optimization, including energy audit & assessments, energy certification, energy-efficient retrofits studies, ... We are an independent engineering office, with international mobility, and we rely on state-of-the-art numerical modeling tools to provide our services. Over the years, we have built a strong network of engineering, architecture and construction firms to bring other competencies around the table, whenever needed.
