Well, for our purposes it is someone who is "willfully ignorant". In other words, someone who is in a position to know better, but for whatever reasons, refuses to. Here we understand what a "fact" is. We recognize the need for "evidence" to back up opinion. We encourage and will always try to use "reason and logic". What you will not find here; a space where "intelligent design/creationism/young earth theory" is tolerated as a valid position. There is no "controversy" and we refuse to give time to a position that if left unchecked is then used to attack evolution and from there all science, including man made global climate change.
