Dallas, TX — January 9, 2013 — Today, BRG announced an agreement to acquire Idisis, a successful firm headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, whose 12 year mission has been to help their clients manage their workplace, real estate and facilities infrastructure through the intelligent application of technology. The combining of Idisis into BRG furthers BRG’s strengths in workplace advisory services and technology delivery and brings together some of the industry’s strongest innovators and thought leaders related to the deployment of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facilities Management (FM) technologies such as IWMS, GIS, BIM and cloud-based solutions. “Idisis has a strong history in providing innovative and industry leading business solutions and technologies to our stellar group of clients,” said Todd Hutton, Director at Idisis. “We have always seen BRG as a leader in the industry, and we look forward to building on our combined heritage to help our clients redefine the way CRE and FM business is conducted.” With the acquisition, BRG’s current management team remains intact, but is complemented by the addition of the Idisis leadership team.
