We distribute movies on smart phones and mobile devices. Our flagship product, GIGAPLEX is an iPhone app and a content distribution platform that streams movies to 70+ million iPhones and iPod Touch devices in over 120 countries. The content resides on our enterprise class servers and is streamed onto the iPhone and iPod Touch devices. The user may purchase movies with a single click and e-commerce is handled by Apple through the iTunes store. Information about the movie can be shared with friends and family via email and over 50 social networking links enabled in the application. Movies may also be promoted through banner and splash ads in the application. We process each movie, encode it for streaming, host it and make it available for purchase on GIGAPLEX - and share the revenue with content owners.
