IDNutrition is founded by Registered Nutritionist Ilayda Demirci who has specialised especially in weight management. Our objective is to reduce the risk of having chronic diseases by improving eating habits through education and training. Your meal plan is prepared with plenty of recipes by your nutritionist taking into account your lifestyle, goals, medical history. If it’s needed we collaborate with other professionals to help overcome any obstacles.
Since I graduated from Nutrition and Dietetics BSc, I've been going through hundreds of lives. It’s a great privilege to be able help people and support them to reach their goals by doing your job everyday... Whether it's about reaching the ideal weight or nutrition for health problems, I am always with you on this journey.
At the end, seeing delighted faces makes all dedication worth it.
