His field agent finds the suitable factory for the transaction based on the best price and takes care of the best quality. The way we ensure the quality of the product is by paying the factory first the advance (30%). Only after his quality control and approval he pays the factory owner the difference (70%). It is possible to make FOB transactions that facilitate the shipping process and EXW transactions that can reduce the costs of transportation from the factory in China to the port from which the products will be exported.
