The project is being developed under Nordplus Adult Programme.

Participating countries: Finland, Lithuania and Sweden.
Project aim is to train international people residing in project countries and already having some integrational background and experience, to become highly professional Integration and Experience Experts. Having practical hands-on experience they will be able to work directly and closely with immigrants and refugees using the available tools and knowledge as well as their personal experience.
During the project, a methodology and a course will be developed and piloted. The course structure will be built on the Integration-Employment-Wellbeing framework and will be targeted at people with their own unique experience of being immigrants. Blended course material will be developed and piloted in the partner countries. During the project an international virtual community of Integration and Experience Experts will be created, connecting experts from the participating countries to share their experience and know-how.
