At IECP, we believe every individual deserves full access to life — at school, at home, and in the community. We partner with schools, families, and local agencies to support children with disabilities through behavioral services rooted in compassion, collaboration, and inclusion. Our approach is centered around the idea that behavior is shaped by both the individual and their environment. We work to create healthy, supportive environments by training the people within them, adapting strategies, and helping children build the skills they need to thrive.
