The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre of Mar Athanasius College Of Engineering is an organization that aims to create and help the next generation of groundbreaking entrepreneurs. Under the guidance of Kerala Startup Mission provide avenues for creative students to learn, collaborate and transform their innovative ideas into prototypes of viable products and services. IEDC works as the first launch pad for a student’s entrepreneurial journey and provides them with access to cutting-edge technology, world-class infrastructure, high-quality mentorship, early risk capital, and global exposure. With the requisite expertise and infrastructure, innovation, and entrepreneurial culture in educational institutions are mobilized. These ventures help students to develop institutional mechanisms to foster techno-entrepreneurship for the generation of wealth and employment by persons. MISSION The mission of the IEDCs is to "develop institutional mechanism to create entrepreneurial culture in academic institutions to foster the growth of innovation and entrepreneurship amongst the faculty and students". VISION The vision of IEDCs is to "promote and enrich entrepreneurial culture in the state by strengthening and supporting the innovative ideas using technology and mentorship for the social and economical growth of the Nation".
