Established in 1991, IEEE - SJCE is a student branch under the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer (IEEE) at SJCE. The club focusses on enhancing the professional competence of budding engineers. IEEE-SJCE has been performing extremely well from last 29 years having over 200 members.
IEEE-SJCE conducts STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Workshops/talks which focus on the advanced trends in the technical field.
Apart from workshops, the Women in Engineering (WIE) wing of IEEE-SJCE is engaged in humanitarian work, that includes bringing equitable education outcomes to the underprivileged children.
Tuxedo (an open source based fest) and Cyberia (Annual tech fest) are the two Technical Fests organised by IEEE-SJCE. Both the fests consist of an array of exciting events, workshops and contests that test the skills of an emerging professional engineer
