IEEE Region 9

Region 9 of IEEE covers a diverse and vibrant area, including South America, Central America, Mexico, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean Islands (except Jamaica). This region is powered by a dedicated team of volunteers who make up the Regional Committee. Their mission is to drive efforts and activities that support our IEEE members, aligned with the MGA’s mission and vision. The Regional Committee is led by our Regional Director and includes the Executive Committee, Section Chairs, Council Chairs, and the leaders of various Standing and Ad-Hoc Committees. Together, they work to ensure that Region 9 continues to thrive and serve our community.
