IE Lifelong Learning focuses on providing tools for lifelong learners and professional growth at every stage of one’s career, helping self-motivated individuals to build the skills necessary to adapt and improve performance in an ever-evolving global landscape. This unit, which is part of IE University, has been designed to support professionals as they transition through each stage of their careers during an era of intense and fast-paced change. It is based on four pillars. Aimed at young professionals, Bootcamps are intensive, face-to-face courses in high demand areas; High Impact Online Programs (HiOPs) provide building block courses for managers using innovative and interactive online teaching; Executive Education offers advanced management programs for executives; and the Global Senior Fellow Initiative has been developed for senior executives looking to leverage their experience and explore a second professional youth.
