As landlords in San Francisco since the 1970's we have long been in the business of service. We converted our own properties over to furnished rentals in the early 1990's and subsequently started International Executive Rentals (IER) adding properties to our portfolio as a management company, that held to our highest standards of short-term housing. We have now proudly served landlords, travelers and business people for nearly 25 years.
