Fractal is an active community of coding club of engineering students interested in programming and data-structures/algorithms in particular and computer science in general. The students are consistently involved in participating in regular programming challenges hosted on online judges like Codeforces, Codechef, and Hackerearth, as well as major competitions like ACM-ICPC and Google Code-JAM, etc. The community has several student mentors in each year of undergraduate studies, who have instructed the freshman students in programming and mathematics.
The community forms a hypercompetitive workspace in the field of programming and also enhances students interested in research in various fields across computer science including artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, blockchain, information security, algorithms, web technologies, etc. and interdisciplinary fields like robotics and quantum computing.
