Now acts like independent digital communication consultant and lecturer, sharing digital communication competence internationaly - training and consulting inhouse communicators, consulting new brands about best market entry points in terms of communication and joins creative teams for brainstorms as "view from a side". Additionaly Ieva represents the interests of the industry by being Board Member in the Association of PR Professionals in Latvia "LASAP" and enjoys being a mentor and advisor by supporting young entrepreneurs and startups.
