در روند تکوین و تکامل شورای عالی برندهای پوشاک ایران در طول سه سال گذشته و نظر به گسترش دامنه فعالیت های این شورا و ضرورت تبدیل آن به تشکلی مستقل که دربرگیرنده برندهای پیشرو پوشاک کشور باشد، مصوبه تشکیل "انجمن دارندگان نشان های تجاری پوشاک ایران" با تلاش های بسیار موثر اتحادیه تولید و صادرات پوشاک و نساجی کشور، توسط اتاق بازرگانی صنایع و معادن ایران بعنوان تنها نماینده بخش خصوصی در کشور صادر شد و مجمع موسسین این انجمن در تاریخ ۲۳ آبان ۱۴۰۱ با حضور پر رنگ برندهای فاخر کشور در محل اتاق ایران تشکیل و اعضا هیات مدیره انجمن با رای حاضرین انتخاب گردیدند.
ماموریت و فلسفه وجودی این انجمن توسعه و حمایت از اکوسیستم برندهای پوشاک ایران میباشد.
