Business training The managers and employees we meet are often under high pressure. External and internal pressure. HRDs are the bridge between these people and must be agile and strategic to consolidate organizations. Training and personalized support are for us, real levers of transformation, ways to allow companies and their human capital to operate harmoniously and intelligently for the benefit of all. We have therefore been working in companies for many years to support managers and employees in finding their place and expressing their full potential. We work together with Human Resources to offer a coherent and impactful service. We operate in the areas of Management, professional efficiency, personal development and Quality of Life at Work. Training for elected officials The mission of the local elected representative is a real job with many skills. It continues to become more complex and diversified. On the other hand, local authorities have a real role to play in the landscape of tomorrow. Elected officials must therefore be as well-equipped as possible to meet these challenges. Training is a great resource for supporting elected officials in their duties and giving them the skills and life skills, they need. IFI has been approved for the training of elected officials since 2016 and offers training in the following areas: Role and rights of elected officials – Public Finances – Town planning – Communication – Human Relations – Ecology… We organize inter-community training in Avignon or in the communities of municipalities (southern half of France) or intra in the communities themselves (possible nationally). All these training courses can be financed via the Individual Right to Training (DIFE) or by the communities themselves (law of 3.02.1992).
