The TABIRA Foundry Institute has the main objective of promoting the exchange and development of knowledge in Foundry. This is a technical initiative focused on attending and giving the appropriate answer to the increasing market demands and technical needs. The participation of these four groups in the same project means an advanced and practical approach, which allows companies to establish deeper relations within the chain value of Foundry industry.
The TABIRA Foundry Institute is the Spanish representative in the World Foundry Organization (WFO) and it is part of its Secretariat within the WFO Executive.
The World Foundry Organization enables the technical co-operation between different nations, internationally united in the same aim - to promote and co-ordinate the activities of the cast metals and associated industries within their own individual countries and overseas. The main cast components customers and producers worldwide are represented on it.
