IG Partners is a strategic consulting and M&A advisory company investing in innovative growth sectors with a major, but not exclusive, focus on environmental (renewable energy, reforestation, energy efficiency, pollution control) and energy themes (fuels, offshore services, etc.). IG Partners was founded by Rolando Polli in Milan in 2001 with a view to support start-ups and innovative firms’ growth through advisory and corporate services, such as the search for financial and industrial partners and the development of a business strategy as well as through direct investment in the companies. IG Partners developed an in depth professional expertise in the green energy sector through more than 10 years of practice with important player in Europe and abroad. It has been one of the first entities in Italy to foresee the potential of the environmental business and it has analysed renewable energy listed companies in Europe since 2006.
