IgeLead (or ILead) is a non-profit, leadership development program designed for Nigerian secondary school students who wish to make a meaningful impact on the Nigerian Leadscape as young leaders and global citizens. Mission Statement: IgeLead will prioritize the Inspiration, Growth & Empowerment of the next generation of Nigerian leaders by providing mentors, support & the sustainable network needed for them to positively impact their communities and the world. Our mission is to expose Nigeria’s budding leaders to a multitude of opportunities and to equip them with skills to change the Nigerian Leadscape (Leadership Landscape). Motto: Our parents are generation X. Those before us are generation Y. We are generation “Why not?”. We draw inspiration from, The work & legacy of Chief 'Bola Ige and Justice Atinuke Ige.
