IGEWE was founded by visionary changemakers from India and Germany with a shared mission: to accelerate sustainability through organic materials like bamboo, foster inclusive growth for women and youth, and bridge cross-border opportunities. Rooted in Nagaland, India, our initiative aims to tackle climate action by reducing carbon emissions and creating long-term social impact. One of our core objectives is to promote bamboo as a sustainable alternative to paper—reducing deforestation, lowering carbon footprints, and enabling regenerative land use. We empower women, equip youth with future-ready skills, and uplift underserved communities—working at the intersection of environmental responsibility, social equity, and Indo-German collaboration to redefine progress in a globalized world.
