Our vision is to inspire the future careers of young people by developing skills, experiences and connections which will be valuable in their chosen fields.
We want to create the best learning environment for children and young people from all backgrounds and abilities, with a particular focus on:
• Girls
• Those with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Those from disadvantaged or vulnerable backgrounds.
