Customized workshops, webinars, or small skills groups are used to share practical techniques for self-care, wellbeing, and support. Whatever avenue is chosen, we guide our business or individual clients toward wellbeing by discussing the science and practicing skills to demonstrate the connection between mind, body, and spirit. We are not counselors but trained humans passionate about sharing tools that can change lives.
Through our offerings, our clients learn how to be fully aware of their thoughts, feelings and emotions by experiencing skills such as: meditation; guided imagery; expression through drawings, movement and words; and many more.
Our facilitators are trained and certified through The Center for Mind Body Medicine, a long-established non-profit based in Washington DC led by Dr. James Gordon, MD.
