Ignite Your Sparks! has 5 primary services: •Academic success, organizational, and executive functioning coaching •Values, interests, personality, skills & strengths assessments, plus values-based exercises about what's most important to you in defining your vision and making it happen •Majors and career exploration and career decision-making •Couples communication coaching to enhance and transform harmony and intimacy •Personal growth and leadership coaching I specialize in coaching young adults, adult women, and couples in creating a vision for your work, partnerships, and life, by manifesting this through personal practice with exercise, holistic wellness, heart-centered communication, and learning and practicing self-advocacy skills. My niche is strongest with individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and experiential, multi-sensory learners, as well as introverts and highly sensitive people. My 2nd niche is working with couples with one or more partner having ADD/ADHD and helping couples communicate and negotiate intimacy and love needs, while balancing acts of service and responsibilities in their lives.
